Welcome

Mindful Mothers is a cooperation between Sina and Hanna. 

We are specialised in accompanying women in the different phases of their lives and supporting them with their issues and challenges.

It is our goal to provide our clients with a toolbox that helps them find their own path to their desired child, their pregnancy & birth and their womanhood with mental strength and to best master the ups and downs of everyday life.

In order to support each woman on her own individual journey, we have developed 3 different programmes that work on a mental and physical level, are scientifically based and focus on the needs of each woman.

Hi there...

It's nice that you are on our site and would like to get to know us better.

We are Sina and Hanna good friends and mamas, cappuccino drinkers and yoga fans, globetrotters and sunglasses collectors, dog lovers and southern Black Foresters.  

We have gone through the various ups and downs, which include hormonal chaos and sleepless nights during pregnancy, birth and the time afterwards. In doing so, we have learned to appreciate the power of mental techniques to bring ourselves back into our own strength and confidence. 

Convinced that there is a great source of strength in every woman, we would like to support you in strengthening the access to your inner knowledge, so that you can learn to rely on your gut feeling, to trust in your strength as a mum and woman and to prepare yourself relaxed for your pregnancy, birth and the time after.

The way we work...

Every woman is different and is at a different point in her life. It is therefore very important for us to work with you in small groups so that we can look after you individually. This way, we can fully respond to your needs and wishes and not have a mass processing or a "one fits all" solution, where we teach you our knowledge in the shortest possible time.

Our approach is more than just hypnobirthing or meditating to reach your goal. In all our programmes we work on and strengthen your body-mind connection, because only when this connection is functioning optimally can you fully trust in yourself and your body again. We build this connection through your subconscious and strengthen it with further exercises such as breathing exercises or mindfulness.

Your subconscious mind works differently from your conscious mind, so we work with your creative imagination, allowing the rational mind to relax and let the subconscious mind do the work for you. Hypnosis is also an effective tool to bring about rapid change without poking around in your past. It is a pleasant relaxed state, similar to daydreaming, where you will often forget the time and place, but see quick results.

We offer you the opportunity to practice live with us on a regular basis in our respective programmes, to deepen your knowledge, to ask questions live. We invite you to participate in our regular expert talks, where we discuss other exciting topics that will interest you.

Hi, I am Hanna...

 

Since my studies in health sciences, I have been fascinated and convinced of the influence that our thoughts have on our well-being. Over the years, I have learned and tried many different techniques and educated myself on the most effective approaches. I used mental techniques myself during my pregnancy and birth with Sina's support and was so convinced of their power that I decided to focus on this very fascinating area and continue my education. 

In the meantime I am a trained hypnotherapist with a focus on childbearing, pregnancy, birth and postpartum and a licensed alternative practitioner for the field of psychotherapy. 

My aim is to pass on this knowledge and my experience to women who want to have children, pregnant women and mamas in an understandable, pragmatic and efficient way and to implement what I have learned in everyday life.

And my name is Sina

 

I already focused on relaxation techniques and hypnosis during my mental studies in Sweden more than 10 years ago.

When I became pregnant myself, I came into contact with hypnobirthing and subsequently trained in this field. I have continued to develop this knowledge through various training courses and combined it with my professional background in adult education.

I am a certified mental trainer, adult educator, hypnotherapist for childbearing, pregnancy, birth, postpartum and child hypnosis. In addition, I have completed a Bachelor in European Studies in England and a Master of Business Administration in Sweden.

It is very important to us that we are able to apply and pass on well-founded knowledge in our courses, which is why we both continue our education regularly.
